The current situation is having a significant impact on our heritage railway; in light of government advice, the Railway suspended all operations on 23rd March, just 5 days before the 2020 season was to begin.
Regrettably, the decision has now been taken that for financial and operational reasons, there will be no trains running during the 2020 season and thus no income for the Railway.
We understand that many of you will already be supporting others both practically and financially and we hope you understand why we have an appeal to help us with our ongoing costs.
